Dona has over 5 years of experience as a Freelance artist and at ACX. She has worked with authors in recording and producing quality audiobooks that include children's stories, meditation, cookbooks, informative texts, and novels. She appreciates working cooperatively with authors to create a product that is of high quality, engaging, and accurate. Dona welcomes feedback and appreciates the relationships that have developed with a number of authors, and believes this is one reason she has been asked by several authors to record book bundles and/or new books they have written.

Dona's 20 + years of experience teaching and reading a huge variety of genre to children in a Montessori classroom setting as well as adult learners at the University level was the inspiration to her becoming a voice actor. She recently retired from teaching when she and her family moved from Southern California to Maine. It was that move that enabled her to devote herself to her new passion, taking up voice over and narration work full time.
