With over 28 years of experience as a lead vocalist for event bands across the country and overseas, Alyse Thompson has shared the stage with talented musicians and brought unforgettable performances to audiences far and wide. When the Global Pandemic put her travels on hold, Alyse seized the opportunity to dive into the world of Voice Over Acting by enrolling in the Such a Voice program—and she hasn’t looked back since!
Today, Alyse runs her own successful LLC, bringing a dynamic voice to corporate narration, e-learning, audiobooks, meditations, promos, announcements, and commercials. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and audiences. Alyse records from her professionally designed home studio, equipped with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio package and Audacity software.
Alyse’s background in theater and formal studies in Acting, Musical Theater, Opera, and Jazz at Florida State University enrich her work with an exceptional level of expression and authenticity. Her career in education and the nonprofit sector has further honed her ability to deliver reads that resonate with genuine understanding and relatability.
Alyse has proudly collaborated with happy clients such as Cushman and Wakefield, Amazon, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Goodwill Retail Stores, Casinos, Pharmaceutical Companies, and many local and regional companies. She also dedicates time to volunteer her voiceover services for Virginia Voice, a nonprofit organization serving the visually impaired community statewide.
When she’s not behind the mic, Alyse finds joy in music, animals, nature, power walking, traveling, dancing, and savoring great food. Above all, she’s passionate about collaborating with clients to bring inspiring projects to life—touching hearts and leaving a lasting impact.
