Derek has been a professional voiceover talent for over 20 years. He started his career in radio, and worked in creative production for 23 years.
He moved to become an independent voiceover talent in 1999, and has enjoyed an exciting and fun journey as his work has included several dozen audiobooks, narrating audio guides for the United States' National Parks, voicing award-winning medical animation, and working with United Airlines on their loyalty campaign videos. Other projects have been with the FAA, Giant Bicycles, Credit Suisse, Jaegermeister, and the World of Tanks (video game).
Derek lives in Oregon, and is an avid cyclist and occasional fly-fisherman. His love of theater-of-the-mind and passion for performance will be at your service.
