Gillian is a dynamic and engaging narrator who has recorded titles with Blackstone, The Audio Flow and many others in genre ranging from romance to YA and Litfic.
Although her path to narration could be considered unconventional, her undergraduate degree in Psychology and master’s degree in human sciences has given her insight and empathy with the human condition, and the ability to connect with characters that are strong and vulnerable. Her work in corporate health care and human resources equipped her with the skills to lend creditability to educational, wellness and business nonfiction titles with command and compassion.
Her years hosting her own radio show taught her to connect to the listener in an intimate, nurturing way. Looking for perfect comic timing? Her time in comedy clubs afforded her the chance to hone her comedic chops making her a perfect choice for the funniest of rom coms.
Gillian has been praised for her versatility and ability to deliver nuanced characters that are both sophisticated and multifaceted in narration ranging from wall street to southern sassy. She continues enhancing her training as a performer through intense study in Acting for Audio with Joel Leslie Froomkin.
When she’s not in the booth from August to February her Sundays are spent glued to her television watching all the NFL games being broadcast and trash talking with her three former radio show cohosts; continuing the discussion of the sport she loves and that united them on air.
