Hi, I'm a film, tv, theatre and voice actor with over 20 years of experience. I have over 120 books on Audible, some under pseudonyms. Projects I have taken on on a royalty share basis have sold over 160,000 copies in under 4 years and I have completed projects on a per finished hour basis with a number of major publishers.
Audiobooks have been my full time occupation for the last 3 years and I deliver high quality punch and roll files, on time. I record in a custom-built double wall studio with excellent acoustic treatment that provides a better than -70dB noise floor before processing. I record on a Stellar X2 mic connected to a Roland MMP-2 preamp feeding into an Audient iD14 interface. I use Studio One configured with Don Baarns macros and templates running on a Mac Studio. I also own and use Izotope RX10 for when I am doing my own noise reduction prior to sending files to my contract editors for projects calling for distribution-ready files.
I have found particular success in fantasy, historical and post-apocalyptic fiction, and I particularly enjoy non-fiction. I have a broad range for accents, dialects and ages.
I am a member of SAG-AFTRA and Canada's ACTRA and my rates are negotiable with those union requirements.
