ABOUT
Armed with a master’s degree from India, Vaishali arrived in the US to further pursue Graduate Studies in English. Later, when she found herself in LA and began volunteering to record textbooks for blind and dyslexic people, thus began her foray into voice-overs which she has been doing for the past 16 years.
She landed her first audiobook with Brilliance Audio without auditioning for it. Having recorded five books so far, she feels she has barely dipped her toes into audiobook narration. Training with acclaimed industry professionals Stefan Rudnicki, Pat Fraley, and Scott Brick, combined with workshops at Deyan Audio and dedicated self-directed practice, has enabled her to refine her narration skills and elevate her craft to a professional level.
She takes pride in narrating South Asian Fiction, ensuring authentic representation and cultural nuance. She enjoys narrating books with coming-of-age themes and the following genres: children’s books, clean fiction, mystery, non-fiction, science fiction, historical fiction, and fantasy.
Vaishali's voice is often praised for its sweet, mellow, and confident tone, with a versatility that resonates globally. She narrates fluently in English and two East Indian languages - Hindi and Marathi. Her repertoire of accents includes Indian, General British, and General American.
Enthusiastic about giving every story the voice it deserves, she is always eager to partner with authors, publishers, and production houses to create memorable audiobooks that captivate listeners.
