Wayne is a 2026 SOVAS® Voice Arts Award Nominee, 2025 and 2024 One Voice Award Nominee, and a 2024 Two-Time WINNER for Best Dual Narration (Star Reading).

Wayne’s voice has been described as “Articulately Conversational”. He has been acting professionally for just shy of 40 years.

He’s voiced numerous audiobooks, most notably the 4-time SOVAS Nominated “The Legend of Valentine”, the biopic “Roy and Carmela”, and the memoir of acclaimed surgeon Mark D. Brown called “Sacred Contracts”. He’s versatile enough to narrate fiction as well as non-fiction, as with the gritty detective novel "Lowcountry Boil" by Phil Perkins, "Twist Turns and Adjustments" by WJ Calloway, and “Federal Affair” by Walter Sovereign. But non-fiction seems to be a niche for LeGette, with “The Priority of Retirement" by Shawn Maloney, "Payback: Live in a Home That Pays You Back" by Anna DeSimone, "Build a Better Organization" by retired Cintas CEO Robert Kohlhepp, and “Active Biological Evolution" by world-renowned scientist Dr. Frank H. Laukien. In addition, Wayne is under contract with a popular web app to produce and record fantasy audiobooks all year long. Using a pseudonym, he has some 100 books fully produced (voice, music, and FX) on his growing list right now.

Wayne has also voiced literally hundreds of telenovelas, foreign films, and animated series, including The Ark, which was featured at the Cannes Film Festival.

His voice work can be heard internationally on Netflix, Hulu, and virtually every other streaming platform.
