Male narrator to record an article/short story.
Potentially ongoing collaboration between us and the publisher for a number of articles every month. In the case of ongoing collaboration, the selected narrator will be asked to record 1 to several stories of the same author each month. Moving forward more narrators may be required.
Payment Structure:
Payment will be per minute of audio at $2,25 per minute of final audio fully paid upon approval of the production by the client.
Files Delivery:
RAW wave files of your great performance edited out of mistakes and repeats. No EQ, No Compression, No Limiting, No Normalizing, No Noise Reduction or anything. We will be going through the recordings to perform breath control, lip/mouth sounds removal, mixing and mastering.

Word Count: 4,200 (*approximatively 30 minutes of audio)
Narrator: Male
Accent: Standard American
Tone/Performance: Musing, in the mode of a thought experiment; like a conversation among two genial, intellectual, curious parties.
If you are auditioning with us for the first time, your audio will be evaluated. Poor sounding recordings with a lot of noise and room reverb that cannot be fixed in post production will be rejected but we will provide tips on how to improve it.
Please record your great performance and send over raw WAV files.

(we recommend the punch n roll technique so you can save time from editing repeats and misreads) Auditions will be produced and forwarded to the author.
