We had previously announced that e-Audio Productions does not in any way support Ai narration and made it clear that we are totally against it
As the audiobook industry evolves, we like evolve with it. When it comes to Ai narration of audiobooks, we stand against it and don't in any way support Ai audiobook narration.
As you all know, all rights to the audiobooks we produce together, belong to the clients or their rights holders and not to either e-Audio Productions or the narrators that perform them.
This means that after each audiobook is completed, the authors, publishers or rights holders are free to do what they want with their audiobook. (distribution decisions, promotion decisions, price decisions etc)
Taking Action
As non supporters of Ai narration, we will be updating our Audiobook Production Agreements with all new future clients. Rights Holders who produce their audiobooks with e-Audio Productions will be required sign agreements that they are not allowed to sell or use any part of the audiobook or narrator voices to and for any Ai narration without permission of the narrator.
